Multimeter Probe Protective Cover
thingiverse
Are you an electronics enthusiast? Have you ever accidentally short-circuited a multimeter probe while measuring? Long exposed metallic probes are prone to making contact with other electronic components such as electrolytic capacitors, uncovered coils or bare cables, especially when working on miniaturized PCBs and small components. These protective covers are designed for standard 2 mm-wide probes, and will prevent this problem by covering most of the metal part, leaving only the tip of the probe. They fit tightly with the probes and won't come loose easily. Two types of protective covers have been designed, so you can choose between a permanent or occasional use option.
