Jax Hinge v4 I needed a hinge for our chapter in two separate pieces. Each piece must be printed to form the hinge, connected by: 1 x M12 or M14 Bolt 2 x washers 1 x Nut (preferably locknut) It was designed specifically for 1" schedule 40 PVC. The flat top is easy to print and doesn't require supports. It fits loosely snug to the PVC to accommodate its tolerances. I recommend using glue, or you could possibly use tape around the pipe for a snug fit.
