Commercial Building Exterior This is a high-detailed exterior model of a five-story mixed-use commercial building that can be used in personal projects as context or in games and media as part of the environment. The main building's actual dimensions are: height - 19.46 meters, length - 47.03 meters, width - 20.29 meters (See schematic image for more details). There are seven file formats available: C4D file, 3DS file, DAE file, FBX file, OBJ file, XSI file, and SKP file. C4D File: The .c4d file contains a full scene of the building and all environment objects. You can switch between daylight and evening scenes by changing the HDRi texture in the 'SKY' Light object and adjusting the Sun height. The scene is thoroughly organized through the Object Manager, and all 3D objects seen on full renderings are included, as well as all textures. The scene and materials are set up and ready to be rendered with Vray for C4D. 3DS File: Exported from Sketchup, this file consists only of the main building and plot ground. It has been tested in Cinema 4D. DAE File: Also exported from Sketchup, this file contains only the main building and plot ground. It has been tested in Cinema 4D. FBX File: This file was also exported from Sketchup and includes only the main building and plot ground. It has been tested in Cinema 4D.
