Multi Widow - The Ultimate Tevo Black Widow Rework
thingiverse
This build is optimized for MGN12h linear guides on all three axes and also incorporates a Prusa Research MMU2S. The oversized plates on the gantry's ends are an integral part of the outer Z wheel mod from 3dvice.co. The power supply brackets are designed to accommodate a Meanwell 600-se-24. The mainboard tray is meant for an SKR 1.3 board and will hold two stepper driver expansion boards. I created this design with dual stepper motors driving each axis for double the holding torque, and also to ensure that we always pull from the short side of the belt regardless of direction. An MKS gen L might also fit. The touchscreen mount is designed to house a bigtreetech tft35 v3.0 screen, which can be switched between a touchscreen and an lcd12864 display. The voltage display on the printer's left-hand side is a LM2596 step down converter sourced from ebay along with its display. For hardware, I used plenty of m3x8 screws and sliding T slot nuts. However, this build does not include any parts to hold the two z stepper motors or anything for the titan aero extruder. These were other people's awesome designs that I downloaded and printed out from here. I do have a detailed build thread full of pictures showing all I've done with this printer since I bought it. That can be seen right here: https://3dprintboard.com/showthread.php?29112-370mm-X-250mm-Y-300mm-Z
