This is a high-quality camera mount designed specifically for use with Creality Ender-3 and RasPiCam in conjunction with Octoprint and Timelapses. It offers significantly enhanced durability and security when mounted. After trying numerous different types of raspicam mounts on my new printer, none met my expectations. This particular mount employs the same approach as a few I've seen online where it clips onto the front of the Y axis belt housing. However, the key difference lies in the reinforced design of the part that slots into the printer, making it more robust and easier to fit onto the housing. Furthermore, I added a sturdy support underneath to prevent any potential breakage. A notable feature of this mount is an arm extending upward with a designated spot to attach either a printed camera casing or my extension arm, allowing for greater pivoting control over your angle of view. The updated design boasts a shorter print time, while maintaining its durability and performance. I've also added smaller extension arms and pivot joints for improved flexibility. Additionally, the universal camera mount is similar to a tripod, with a screw underneath that fits various cameras' threading. To address common fitting issues, I've included an enclosure for the RasPiCam that seamlessly integrates with the mount.
