Multi-Stage Rocket
thingiverse
Flight tested and powered by C engines, the rocket soared through the air on a gentle arc, possibly influenced by the windy conditions. Unfortunately, tracking was lost during flight. The model fits Estes A, B, and C type engines (18 x 70mm). Weighing in at 110g, the printed model features engines loaded, without an upper stability weight. To ensure stability, approximately 5g of weight or a recovery system is required in the upper rocket section. Printed with a .4mm nozzle using Simplify3D slicing software, the walls are composed of two layer lines thick. It is highly recommended to paint the model for added structural integrity due to its thin walls.
