Multi Spool Holder for Wall Control Pegboard. This is an updated version of my previous spool holder, available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3329292. Key changes include: - Complete redesign from scratch. - A stronger build. - The brake has been removed, as it's no longer necessary for MMU2s. - Assembly and disassembly are now easier, with fewer broken spool arms or spool wheel pins. The new design still uses 608RS bearings, but also incorporates the metal rods that come with Prusa MMU2 / MMU2s spool holders. Print Requirements: - Arms: Number of spools plus one. - Spool Wheel: Number of spools times two. - Spacers: Number of spools times four. - (Optional) Bearing caps: Number of arms. For example, if you want to use five spool holders with Prusa MMU2s, you'll need: - 6x Arms - 10x Spool Wheel - 20x Spacers - 6x Bearing Caps (Optional) Assembly Instructions: 1. Mount the arms on the wall control pegboard at the correct distance - four slots between arms (total width of six slots). 2. Insert spacers into both ends of each spool wheel. 3. Insert metal rods through spacers and spool wheels. 4. Place a bearing on each end of the spool wheels on steel rods. 5. Place the assembly on arms. 6. Put the bearing caps on top of the bearing/arm assembly (optional).
