The buildings are meticulously 3D modeled including intricate details such as windows, and are textured to ensure realistic close-ups and far away shots. The rooftops also have detailed features for a more authentic view from above. High resolution textures are used where necessary. For Vray version in 3ds Max, the materials and lighting are already set up, making it ready to render. However, a 64-bit system with at least 8GB of memory is highly recommended when using Max versions.
