Multi-piece skeleton mask
thingiverse
I've been pouring my heart into this project over the past week in order to meet the deadline for the 2017 costume challenge, and it looks like I've managed to squeeze it in just in time! The mask is comprised of four distinct components that are carefully attached to a balaclava. Assuming these pieces fit your head snugly, the jaw and brows should be able to move fluidly with your facial expressions! I printed all the parts at a scale of 19 (1900%) to accommodate my six-inch-wide head, so be sure to adjust accordingly if you have a different head size. The MaskUpper and both eyebrows necessitate support material, but the jaw can print without any additional assistance.
