This 3D model originated from a project initiated in Sketchup 8, after which it was effortlessly converted into various other 3D formats for convenience. The native file format is .skp and is easily editable using the latest version of 3ds Max 2016, further optimized with Vray 3.00 for seamless rendering. An intuitive concept sparked this idea: simply toggling on/off the different layers can provide a unique view into each floor's individual components. A good starting point would be disabling the roof first to isolate the attic area, followed by the attic itself and any attached doors to level four, then continuing downward until reaching level zero. The project is currently an ongoing work-in-progress; I am continually refining it with each new iteration. Textures used in this 3D model have been acquired from Genetica Viewer, as well as carefully sourced from other available resources. In order to streamline future updates, a duplicate of the commonly utilized materials and components has been securely stored in reserve. Additionally, having experience in CAD design lends an added advantage in handling this program. Any and all edits are freely permitted – it will be truly captivating to witness the final outcome.
