The "Multi-Layer Shape Drawing Template" is a versatile and innovative tool designed to overcome the limitations of traditional drawing templates. This advanced template allows users to accurately draw multiple nested closed shapes, such as 3 concentric circles.Prerequisites: 🧲7x Neodymium magnets 6x2 mm (the same as for Gridfinity). Before printing: 🖨In the PrusaSlicer or CAD software, put SVGs (add negative modifier / extrude & cut) of the figures you want to have a template for onto the sliding template.stl every 20 mm.Print recommendations: ⚙Enable Variable Layer Height for every part (especially base.stl) and set at least 0.50 quality/speed.Optionally, you can enable ironing for the flat part of the base.stl.Put pause just before bridging in the Cap for gear coupling rod.stl to insert neodymium magnet 6x2 mm (the same as in Gridfinity). Insert the magnet's north facing up.Assembly instructions: 🛠Insert 6 neodymium magnets into the holes in the base lid (the magnets' north facing up).Insert gear coupling rod through the larger hole in the base lid, place gear 1 and then gear 2 with numbers facing inward, and push the rod through the next hole.Attach the cap for gear coupling rod to the center between the 6 magnets in the base lid.Merge the base lid and base, ensuring the gear coupling rod connects with the cap.Insert the sliding template at the front.Partially insert the gate from the top.How to use: ✏Use the tool one-handedly. Place your thumb on the gear coupling rod's switch and move it left by 1 step. The sliding template will roll out. Push the gate down with your index finger.Draw the first figure.Move the gate up.Repeat the steps to draw all the desired figures in a single place.
