To accurately align printed parts for an ORD Solutions - MH3000R1/RoVa3D multi-extruder printer, begin by slicing the AMF file with default settings. Print the resulting gcode and wait for it to cool before removing from the print bed. The tabs are numbered 2 through 5, starting at the left. Initiate measurements of the gap for each subsequent extruder (E2, E3, etc.) while printing Part 1 with Extruder/Nozzle 1. Enter the calculated X/Y offsets into slic3r and re-slice the AMF file. Repeat this process until tabs are perfectly centered in the slots on both the X and Y axis. Visit www.ordsolutions.com for more information.
