Multi Exporter is an addon for Blender 2.78 and 2.80 that enables users to export mesh objects in multiple formats, including .stl, .obj, .fbx, ***.3ds, .wrml2, .x3d, and .ply with a single click. This feature is particularly useful when saving designs consisting of several elements in various formats before uploading them onto different platforms. The addon has undergone several updates, including version 0.2.1 which introduced a bug fix that clears the location, rotation, and scale of objects before export, a feature available in the export settings menu. Version 0.2.0 added batch mode for importing files and the ability to save custom export settings. In version 0.1.1, an import mode was introduced along with several bug fixes. Advanced mode allows users to choose folder paths for export by name, implement a convenient naming scheme, select previously exported volumes from a list, add an index to file names, break objects into elements when a group of objects is selected, and edit the name assigned during export. However, note that as of December 18, 2018, the beta version of Blender 2.8 does not support the .3ds format.
