The original placard can be split into two distinct parts: the outer frame and back, and the label. This approach allows for unique color schemes to be applied to each component, with the outer frame printed in one color, the label area in another, and custom text generated as a third color. To take advantage of this feature, download the two STL files provided (plant_sign_outer, plant_sign_label) and use the customizer to generate an STL for the text. Load all three STLs into your slicer software and proceed with slicing as usual. For a vegetable garden design, doubling the size of each model in all three dimensions within the slicer yielded excellent results.
