Snap the core halves together with the core pin, then wrap the hexagons around it and snap them securely into place. I used a layer height of 0.2 for all components. For the core, I set the infill to 15% and the rest to 25%. Auto-supports were enabled for the core halves to ensure proper support material generation. Feel free to edit the hexagons' STL file and add custom details on top of the hexagons to create a more elaborate buckyball design. I've included a couple of custom hexagon files as examples to get you started.
