Multi Color Ear Savers
prusaprinters

I started printing ear savers for my mom, which led to people at her hospital asking for some, then I started getting requests for different designs - so I created my own template to be used easier with Prusa MMU and Mosaic Palette. There is a solid model of each as well that can be printed with 1 color or can add paused layers to swap colors.

Please let me know if you have any requested designs.

Note The "lines" you may see in some screenshots or in the models are just .0001mm thick and should not show up in slices. I use them as a trick to hold multiple pieces together per layer in design to export them as a single stl. The BK one there were a lot of pieces so I used circles - but they're still so thin they should not show up when sliced.

Print instructions

I print them at 0.3mm layer height and 3 walls - since it's 1.2mm tall, 0.2mm layer height should work fine as well.

If using Canvas - drop all models from a folder (not the solid) on the multi-model half and all the pieces should drop into place.

If using Prusa Slicer - add the Bottom, then right click and "add part" for each additional part and they should all be aligned properly.

Note The "lines" you may see in some screenshots or in the models are just .0001mm thick and should not show up in slices.
