The system is simple, but works flawlessly. In my case at least. I suggest printing this loose piece (the patella section) individually. That's what has worked best for me every time I've tried printing multiple at once - something would inevitably go wrong. This design can be adapted for other uses too, such as a support base for soldering tweezers like I used it. Feel free to get creative and invent your own arm with whatever function you need.
