I'm trying to perfect my mug lid design for a mug with an inner diameter of 78 mm. It's been printed with PLA for testing purposes, and I've encountered some issues - specifically, removing supports and getting the sliding cover to work properly has proven to be quite challenging. After pouring hot water into the mug, the lid loosened up significantly and became unusable. I'm hoping to find a suitable material to print with that will make this design more functional. For the oring, I tried TPU-95 initially (it might have been something else), but it was still too tight.
