Mudtrooper Goggle Strap Serrated Slide Buckle

The Mudtrooper goggle strap's serrated slide buckle is a hard-to-find item, so I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. This custom-made buckle may not be aesthetically pleasing, but it's fully functional with a movable slide. Since it doesn't support any weight, PLA proved to be an acceptable material choice. To conceal print marks, I used acrylic floor polish as a base coat before applying a gunmetal finish. This design fits one-inch (25mm) elastic perfectly. **UPDATE 21 October 2018** The design has undergone some enhancements: Increased the diameter of the slider's "tubes" to add extra stability. Boosted both frame and slider thickness for added durability.
