This is a 3D replica of a tribal art spear component crafted by artist Maxence de Bagneux at MudMud, carefully modeled and textured by hand. To give his clients an immersive experience, Maxence envisioned his artwork in the context of their own homes, their own surroundings, and their own daily lives. He therefore turned to augmented reality and RenderGon for a solution. RenderGon created an Android & iOS app that transported Maxence's ceramic and wood totem from his gallery to living rooms, office spaces, and other areas across four continents with just the touch of four buttons.
