I designed a custom mudguard as an upgrade to the standard one on my KingSong KS18L for enhanced protection against dust and debris. I highly recommend printing with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.15mm, although a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.3mm layer thickness also yields excellent results. In my case, I opted for flexible TPU, but ABS+ and PETG also deliver great outcomes. However, if you want to minimize the risk of breakage, using TPU is your best bet.
