Mudguard for chinese dual hub motor truck

I tried the mudguards yesterday, but they created a lot of noise due to vibrations from the ground. This was probably caused by the direct connection between plastic and metal. I'll try adding a thin layer of foam in between to remove that noise, hopefully it will work. This is a mudguard for a Chinese dual-hub motor truck often used for DIY electric skateboards. Be careful not to have any support in the zip-tie channels.
