Update on these, they failed after a couple more journeys. Mashup of https://www.thingiverse.com/GijsMTB mudguard for caliber 2 style trucks. I have heavily reinforced them and added a nut and bolt fixing to prevent them from moving around on the hanger. I have only tested them for 10 miles so far over standard British roads and some textured pavement, but they seem to be holding up extremely well. I printed them in PETG with 70% infill. Use at your own risk.
