This is a bracket for fork blades with a 34mm diameter, essentially a modified rear light bracket. It utilizes the same M5 bolts and nuts as generic brackets. The provided model is designed as a left mount; mirror the design in your slicer to print a right-hand version. If you wish to adapt this bracket to accommodate different fork dimensions or other applications, refer to the public document on Onshape for detailed modifications. Additionally, I have included an optional clip for fender stays. You can use the OpenSCAD file to adjust the diameter of the holes according to your needs.
