This is a versatile mount for fork blades with a 34mm diameter. It's similar to a standard rear light bracket, but with some modifications that make it more adaptable. The same M5 bolts and nuts used in generic brackets can be utilized here. This particular design is the left-hand version; if you need the right-hand mount, simply use your slicer's mirror feature. If you want to modify this mount to fit a different fork size or use case, there's a publicly available document on OnShape that provides more details.
