MTW MM3 / Minimax Extruder Body with Extended Grip

Not afraid to own up, I'm a large guy with hands the size of a gorilla. When trying to load or remove filament from my MendelMax 3 or MiniMax, I frequently get annoyed by the tiny ledge on the extruder body mount that needs to be compressed to release the spring tension on the filament drive pulley. Today, I had a spare minute so I modified the extruder STL file to add another 5mm to the length of that small finger grip ledge. Printing in ABS, it's otherwise a drop-in replacement for the standard extruder body mount.
