MTSM Italian Torpedo Boat (1/300)

The MTSM (Motoscafo da Turismo Silurante Modificato) was an extremely small Italian torpedo boat during WWII. Like the Explosive Boat, it was designed to be ferried to the target area by a larger vessel. Basically a motorboat with a single torpedo, they were unusual for WWII boats in that they used a stern launched torpedo setup - meaning that they had to turn sharply after launching the torpedo (there were other stern launchers in the war, but they were in the minority). It seems that the crew of two were issued with a single sub machine gun, which might charitably be considered an MG for the purposes of gaming.)
