I design deck boxes for Magic: The Gathering with an "M" logo that twists and locks shut. This was a thrilling project since I got to create it from scratch minus the logo of course. To design such a product, you must understand how to produce it on a 3D printer and incorporate moving parts into the print. Printing supports are somewhat tedious to remove, but after taking them off, the result is fantastic. You can remove the supports by carefully raising up the "M" logo so that the small peg dislodges from the track as shown in the images below. Once this occurs, you should easily be able to remove the support with a very tiny tool.
