MTG Storage Box Card Stopper
thingiverse
Are you tired of your collectible cards falling over in a BCW-style box that isn't yet full to the brim? Use this simple clamp-on stopper to keep your cards in order. This was inspired by Thingiverse user [bengmo](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3115975) (see remixed from). I liked the simplicity of the original design but wanted something a bit bigger. I found that cards would "bend around" the original design over time. This solves that by having a near-card sized bookstop. I omitted the spring feature (which did work well) since this should fit snug over the standard thickness of a cardboard box. Even if it's a bit loose, the friction of the clamp feature should prevent movement. The SLDPRT file is included. There's one equation (clampGap) set to 2mm. Changing this should alter the clamp gap that slides over the cardboard and the full-round fillet at the end of that gap. This was designed in 3DExperience Solidworks Makers r2023x.
