After printing the original design, I decided to make some adjustments to suit my personal style and enhance the structural stability of the box top. I wasn't thrilled with how the sides and back overhung the bottom, so I expanded the bottom sides and back to ensure a flush fit. Additionally, I removed the fillets at the front where the top met the bottom on both left and right sides of the general slot. To complete the makeover, I flattened the step angle at the very bottom of the box, giving it a more streamlined appearance. Both designs have their merits, and it ultimately comes down to individual taste. However, I'm grateful that someone created this design, as I haven't seen anything like it in the deck box accessory market, and everyone seems to think it's a fantastic idea.
