I create custom inlays that fit perfectly into MTG Precon commander boxes, designed to accommodate a single sleeve and minimize any extra space within the box. To ensure a seamless fit, I recommend removing any residual ink or printing errors from the edges of your inlay after it's printed. Additionally, my inlays are crafted to be as thin as possible, preventing the overall size of the box from increasing unnecessarily. My own experience with printing has shown that an 11-hour print time is typical for these custom designs.
