I printed with a 0.6 nozzle in PLA. If you're using a 0.4, you can probably just up your extrusion width to 0.6 and be fine. XL will fit 20x double sleeved, 25+ single sleeved or 45 sleeveless cards.Standard will fit 15x double sleeved, 20 single sleeved or ? sleeveless cards.
