I'm pretty confident this is the right size - that last one was a hair too large. I built it with precise measurements: 92mm by 66mm, standing about 10mm tall. It's an updated version of the original design found on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:94611 - take a look at how we created this using Customizer! You can try Customizer too at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=94611 To build and customize: CardStacker comes in many customizable versions: Options abound, and these are just some of the things you can change: Set longWallStrength to 1.4 Increase keyRailZBody by 10% or about 0.1 units to make it easier to install. Give a little extra flexibility with fudgeFactor at 50%. Dial in stopBitStrength at around 120%. Set upperLockZ and upperLockY slightly above standard, at 1.2 units and 3.5 units respectively. Take note of cardStackZ as being the critical dimension: 10mm Use a firmer grip on the lid by adjusting lidGripStrength to maximum capacity: 3 times standard! Customize how many cards CardStacker holds: pick one. Make more space for your deck and select a greater number - or make the most of limited room by setting this option as small as one card! The default width and height will do, or get precise measurements for an accurate fit: choose a custom X width at 66mm. Same with height; the defaults might need some extra push upwards with fudgeFactor. Take control with the printDistance and customize at just ten.
