MTE's LED Reservoir Ring
thingiverse
#This is a DIY LED Ring for water cooling reservoirs. __Compatibility:__ It is designed for standard 60mm diameter water tanks with any height. For example it fits onto the Alphacool Eisbecher (pictures) or the EK Waterblocks RES X3. __What you will need:__ - LED Strip - PLA/ABS/PETG - Soldering iron - LED connector or molex connector __Instruction:__ Just print it in the color of your choice, cut a LED Strip into 100mm (in most cases one segment) and solder wires on to it. Then connect the soldered wires to the correct RGB hub or, like I did, just attach it to a 12v cable from the power supply (molex, only one color). *[Do research on the correct wiring - I'm not responsible for accidents]* The LED strip with its clear rubber coating will clamp onto the tube and will **not** move. It will also **not** scratch your reservoir, because the printed part doesn't touch it directly, if done correctly.
