I finally found the exact parts I was looking for, but they're extremely hard to come by at a decent price. I decided not to wait any longer and make my own instead. The design is straightforward, so it wasn't too difficult of a task. To ensure these custom-made parts last as long as possible, I carefully fitted them onto the shaft with precision.
