MTB / bike stand - parametric
prusaprinters
Portable bike stand inspired by user THMSFRTZ; for bicycles that do not have a kickstand, attaches to crank arms. The legs store neatly in the main body.Works well on a variety of crank arms. Just adjust the parameters in the f3d file.To get the length right, prop up the bike leaning just little a bit (like if it had kickstand) and measure the distance from the bottom of the pedal shaft and measure to the ground. The “LegLength" parameter is measured from bottom of the main body to the ground (40mm from the bottom of the pedal shaft to main body base). Not true leg length, there are other tolerances built in.This one is 115mm to fit my Cannondale Moterra Neo Carbon 2.There is also a parameter “GapTolerance” = 0.02mm that you may want to adjust, this is the gap between the legs and the main body; depending on your print quality and allowable tolerance for your printer.I printed it at 0.3mm , 100% infill in prusament PETG. came out super sturdy.Print separately for best surface finish and fit.
