MTB Bike Stand
thingiverse
There are two versions of the bike stand available: 26 inch and 29 inch, accommodating tires up to 2.25 inches wide. I'm considering adding a version for 27.5 inch tires as well. To assemble the bike stand, you'll need pipes or rods with a diameter of 16 mm. Length Requirements: * Two pieces measuring 305 mm * Two pieces measuring 720 mm * Two pieces measuring 190 mm For the clamps, you'll need to secure them with: * Sixteen DIN912-M5x16 screws * Sixteen DIN985-M5 lock nuts When printing the large foot parts (300 mm in length), it's essential to align them diagonally on the print bed, as I did when using my Ender-3. I highly recommend printing the clamps with PETG for optimal performance. Printing them with PLA may result in lost tension over time due to its tendency to creep. For larger structural parts, however, PLA is a suitable choice.
