Credit to scullhead for the plug which I didn't need to modify at all. Plug friction fits snugly in my shell. This allows me to connect my Panasonic Lumix DMC-G5 to an external power source, but it would be useful for any devices with expensive, proprietary batteries. I have my MT3608 set for ~8V to match what the OEM 2S lithium battery would supply. Ensure the voltage is set correctly before installing.
