The MakerTron Scout is a scout troop equipped with several color and thermal cameras that allow him to monitor his surroundings more effectively. He has articulated joints that enhance his mobility and facilitate quick reconnaissance missions. A high power radio communications link enables him to report back to his home base without having to make a return trip. The MT Scout's wrists are detachable, allowing for different toolings or defense mechanisms, which perfectly suit him to any mission. This is an ongoing work in progress! I'm still developing the legs, neck, and some other features like pins for the joints. I'm new to this process, so feel free to critique and comment as you see fit, but please be kind about it. Recommended Print Settings: For smaller pieces, use shells of 2 with infill at 20-50%. This is a wide range, but I know how it works. For larger pieces, use shells of 2-3 with infill at 10-30%. This is my first attempt at character design and my first go at creating a 3D printed action figure, so let me know what you think! If someone wants to print the model, I'd love to hear how it turns out. If you encounter any issues while printing, please let me know so I can make sure the model is easy to print.
