This is a free version of the 3D printed MyoTriton project, available at myotriton.com. Using these files, you can print a complete hand and use it in prosthetics or as part of a robot. To collect the full hand, you will need to print five Worm_v.3.3.0.STL parts, one Thumb_v.3.3.0.STL part, four Link_v.3.3.0.STL parts, four Housing_v.3.3.0.STL parts, one Housing thumb_v.3.3.0.STL part, one Hand_upper_cover_v3.3.0.STL part, and one Hand_buttom_cover_v.3.3.0.STL part. Additionally, you will need to print four Finger_middle_part_v.3.3.0.STL parts and four Finger_first_part_v.3.3.0.STL parts. Furthermore, a Clamp_v.3.3.0.STL part is required. Besides the 3D printed parts, you will also need to purchase additional devices: one Arduino Nano, one LiPo battery 1500mAh 7.4v, five Servo Mg995 or Mg996r motors with circle metal potentiometers, five DC 6V 200RPM Mini Electric Metal Gear Motor Gearwheel N20s, ten Bearings 3х6х2, and five Hobnails 5х11x3. To print the hand, you will need to use a Flashforge Dreamer printer. The recommended settings are: Rafts - Yes, Supports - Yes, and Infill - 60%. After printing, you can assemble the hand by connecting the Worm_v.3.3.0.STL parts with the Bearings 3х6х2 and Bearings 5х11x3. You will also need to connect the Finger_first_part_v.3.3.0.STL parts with the Link_v.3.3.0.STL parts using pins made from Hobnail 2mm diameter. The completed prototype of the MyoTriton prosthetic hand is shown in the images below. The Worm_v.3.3.0.STL part before and after treatment are displayed, as well as the potentiometer from the servo installed in the Housing_v.3.3.0.STL part. A chip from the servo connected to a new DC motor is also shown, demonstrating how a single finger works. One of the completed fingers is displayed, along with a Worm_v.3.3.0.STL part with a bearing 3х6х2 and Bearings 5х11x3. The completed body for the finger consists of the Housing_v.3.3.0.STL and Worm_v.3.3.0.STL parts with a bearing 3х6х2 and Bearings 5х11x3.
