MST3K Movie Sign

We're getting our Movie Sign up and running!\nI've had a craving to create a Movie Sign prop from Mystery Science Theater 3000 for quite some time. Since building the full-sized one sounds like too big of a challenge, I decided it would be more straightforward to print a smaller version using 3D printing.\nThe main prop part is detached from the light caps, making it easier to print the light caps in various colors that match the original prop. To recreate its authentic look, I printed mine with red, purple, and yellow plastic – these colors are associated with the MST3K robots – but remember, green was used as the center color in some of the show's earlier episodes too. By using a black base, you can easily bring out that darker atmosphere that I just love so much.\nIn order to turn this prop into a fully functional model, I chose to print it at 1.5 scale, allowing me to squeeze a 9V battery inside with ease. Then I drilled a hole for the switch and hooked it up to the LEDs in a very cool way: connecting the battery to the switch, then finally to three flashing red, yellow, and blue LED lights. Note that, for lack of blinking purple ones, those other two colors will do just fine. If you want them all red or whatever, I've got that info too!\nThis little prop's underside is hollow – thus a raft makes printing it go more smoothly; and by adding some supports on the outside too, its stability becomes top-notch.\nHere are my Print Settings: My 3D Printer: Monoprice Dual
