I swapped out the noisy fans on my MSI GTX1050Ti LP for some Silentium 50mm fans and now it's really quiet. This GPU has a minimum fan speed of 40%, there's no way to turn them off completely. The new setup with three 50mm Silentium fans is quieter, uses fewer amps, and keeps the GPU cooler.
