This set of frames and fittings is specifically designed for a DIY respirator cartridge that can utilize any thin fabric as filters. It seamlessly accommodates standard MSA respirator mask fittings, excluding 3M varieties, which will be addressed in an upcoming version. Multiple layers can be stacked on top of each other, and the design incorporates a dedicated space for a flapper valve. Currently, the thin fabric requires taping or gluing to secure it in place, but a screw-together configuration is already in development. Finished print and assembly photos will be shared shortly.
