To secure the headphones and mic snugly inside your helmet, simply lay them flat on the bed for optimal positioning. I'm not accountable for any potential consequences if you decide to use this setup; I utilize mine in my work helmet, which has withstood 98% Hazmat and small @5 Fires without issue. However, I'm unsure how it would perform in an interior fire scenario.
