This utility hand, designed for upper arm amputees, offers easy daily use with a simple operation shown in the accompanying image. Color coding helps improve visual identification of components. The hand solves various issues such as power gripping for using diverse tools, free gripping for holding objects within specific size limits, and precision gripping for delicate or deformable items. Customized dimensions can be employed to suit particular applications. To reduce weight, mainhand (1) and joint fingers (2) may be skeletonized or constructed from less dense materials. Rear hinge pins 1-2 and center pins 1-2 can be press fitted or screwed based on assembly requirements. The plunger's front is made of rubber to enhance gripping capabilities.
