Ms Flexi Rex provides both fixed jaw and movable jaw STL files. The fixed jaw is easy-print, making it a great starting point. For the movable jaw, suggested print gaps are 0.30mm for Da Vinci Jr.1.0A & CR-10S printers and 0.50mm for Da Vinci mini w printers to ensure 100% printing success. Before finalizing the jaw gap, test different settings using small prints like the Rex pencil top or Rex keychain on Thingiverse. This will help determine your machine's optimal jaw gap.
