
MRH Control Sticks, for Helicopter, Fully Articulated Type

This model was designed as a training tool to explain the operation of the main rotor of the Fully Articulated Type Main Rotor Head, created earlier. The hydraulic system, servo, and computer are used in conjunction with the control equipment, which is also quite complex. Here, two control levers, "Collective Pitch Stick" and "Cyclic Feathering Stick," were recreated with all of their mechanical links and levers. The quantitative relationship between the operating angle of the sticks and the pitch of the rotor blades has not been verified. The manual includes detailed instructions for "Parts-List," "After printing treatment," and "Assembly procedure" based on standard skills such as filing, drilling, tapping, and painting. The download files include: STL Files (22 items), with the last two digits of the file name indicating whether it was printed with support ("ws") or not. For purchasing parts, please refer to the information below: * Screws and other components are required. * Micro screws M1.4x3.5L - 5 ea - Direct screw-in to 1 mm diameter hole (No nut). * Other sizes of screws can be found in the Assembly Manual. The total net print time is approximately 27 hours, estimated as follows: PLA material, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, and no raft or support.
