MR236 Quadcopter (5 inch)

After being inspired by Tech2C's Peon230, I designed my own quadcopter. This one has a 236mm diagonal and a long style body so the props don't come into view. There are mounting holes for standard size flight controllers. The standoffs are best printed, so they fit in the top plate notches. I made these 30mm so my standard size camera just fits. In the back there is a 45 degree mounting hole for an SMA pigtail. The receiver antennas can be mounted on zip ties. The arms accept 22xx size motors, based on the Racerstar 2205 mounting pattern. Hardware: * Countersunk M3x8 / M3x10 (x20) - spacers * Countersunk M3x10 (x8) - arms * Nyloc M3 nut (x8) - arms * M3 washer (x8) - arms * M2x6 and M2 nut (x2) - FPV camera mount The angled camera plate could be done better, but I just wanted to go fly. The frame had no damage after getting caught by some tree branches, so it passed the test. Pictures from after hanging in a tree and exploding a prop are proof of its durability. I printed mine in PLA, so it probably won't survive a big crash. The previous version had its arms on top of the bottom plate, which seemed less impact resistant. Recommended settings: * Arms - 6 perimeters (2.4mm), 6 top/bottom layers * Bottom plate - 4 perimeters (1.6mm), 4 top/bottom layers * Top plate - 3 perimeters (1.2mm), 3 top/bottom layers Weight without battery and HD cam: 385 grams.
