I bought the aftermarket cruise control from Monkeywrench Racing for my 2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder, which has been a fantastic upgrade so far (six months) and a very welcome addition to this old car. However, the battery-powered wireless control module attached to the steering wheel is tricky to access unless you have massive hands. I created an extender that slides onto the module mount, allowing you to slide the module onto it, which brings everything closer to the front of the steering wheel where it's easily reachable. This design doesn't interfere with the horn or any other features. I printed this part in PETg and it fits loosely, so I added a little duct tape inside the slider to make it fit tightly. You may want to modify it for your own use.
