Meet the carnival patrons from the interdimensionally acclaimed Witchlight Carnival - Mr. Witch and Mr. Light. I modified two excellent models to create these two whimsical characters. For Mr. Witch I heavily modified a model published here by haaske. For Mr. Light I simply added a weathervane I made to Mia Kay's amazing Jester found here: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-jester-186304 I've also included the vane for anyone who would like to incorporate it somehow.
